Rooftop Meeting

Let’s have a conference, get everyone together, invite a motivational speaker, end with a rousing speech from the boss to leave everyone fired up and all meet in the bar for some well-earned drinks and a great dinner.

Then what happens – and I’m not talking about the best way to nurse a hangover in the morning! What happens when you get back in the office? Not much changes. Life goes back to how it was before with the possible exception of a few e-mails saying “Did you see what so and so did last night!!!”

But what if things were different? What if the interesting debate you had in the bar with someone about “wouldn’t it be great if we could do…..” or “when I was listening to so and so I thought of this great idea” carried on and people who weren’t even party to the original conversation were able to join in as well?

What if instead of just sitting there being spoken to you had the chance to ask questions, to contribute your own ideas and be part of a dialogue (without feeling self-conscious in front of everyone)?

What if the topics discussed at conference didn’t just end there but lived on after conference and actually turned into positive action.

What if that great feeling of being part of something exciting that you fleetingly felt actually grew when you got back to work instead of just fading away?

What if the time and money setting up the conference delivered a huge ROI rather than being a sunk cost?

What if you weren’t planning a conference? Don’t worry we can even show you how you can get a lot of these benefits without even the risk of a hangover!

What if we started a conversation and we showed you how we can turn your “what if’s...” into reality?

What if…………
